Job Description
- Interview users to analyze them to understand their desired goals and objectives to create personas for Company products.
- Apply user-centered design thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs, business goals, and technological realities on the product across the platforms.
- Define the customer journey and lead to craft cloud products for a cross-platform experience.
- Help to lead the team in brainstorming of and creation of concepts for best-in-class user experiences.
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale when collaborating with Product Manager, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define design vision.
- Drive end-to-end interaction design: from sketching and user research to concept development to wireframes.
- Hand-off and collaborating with engineers in designing information architecture and defining how the user navigates and interact with the product.
- Conduct in-person and remote usability testing, iterating the design based on feedback and usability testing tools.
- Build experiences for personalization and discovery to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
- Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces.
- Present work to stakeholders explaining design rationale.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of UX design experience
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
