Job Description

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
  • To build full plan with content creation to cover campaign objectives & syncing with designers to provide with relevant designs.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services.
  • Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads (Words - Photos - Locations), YouTube, Twitter and LINKEDIN.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Set up and build out of paid media channels accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Perform bid management
  • Analyze click-through rates, conversion rates and relevant KPIs
  • Track campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting
  • Track the ROI of paid channels and report to marketing leadership and other executives
  • Manage a team of digital marketing specialists; analyze performance of team members

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires 5-8 years of experience using digital media for social/behavior change campaigns and/or social marketing. To include 5+ years’ experience with email marketing, digital strategy, database marketing and Proficiency in Google Analytics and/or HTML coding preferred
  • Knowledge of advanced SEO, SEM, Email marketing and digital tools
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major coursework in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design Software Tools
  • Google Ad Words Certified
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Facebook Ad Certified
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and executing social and digital media plan
  • Ability to influence, motivate and collaborate with others
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media landscape including working knowledge of analytical tools, web content technologies and other paid media tools
