Job Description
- Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures
- Prepare landscape layout using computer-aided design programs
- Select appropriate landscaping materials (specifications)
- The candidate will be designing and using his graphical expertise to produce quality work in a variety of formats.
- Will be assigned to do assembly of construction documentation packages, material selection, specification and cost estimates.

- Planting design, layout grading and detailing
Job Requirements
- Excellent 3D visualization
- The candidate must have excellent knowledge about pool hardscape, outdoor kitchen, fire and water features
- Knowledge about plants and their ability to grow in different environments
- Creativity and imagination
- An eye for detail
- Lateral and spatial thinking
- An interest in the environment, life sciences and knowledge of the conditions needed for wildlife to flourish
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in teams as well
- Strong desire in finding creative solutions
- Able to communicate and understand in English very well
- A portfolio must be present to check previous work
Programs:
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Revit and GIS are an added advantage.
- Expertise in Microsoft suite (word and excel)
- Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, in design, Lightroom ,After Effect and Premiere Pro)
