- Design machining process sheets that contains drawings of all manufacturing steps for mold plates.
- Design a whole details of Stock before CNC machining.
- Design Hole Setting for EDM drilling machines.
- Design Wire CNC Programs.
- Design Milling CNC Programs.
- Design Electrodes.
- Design Electrodes Setting for Spark CNC machines
Job Requirements
- Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 Years' experience of working in the same field Is a MUST
- Proficiency in Engineering Drawing
- AutoCAD 2D & 3D IS a MUST.
- Awareness of workshop machines and its applications
- Egdecam or equivalent program such as PowerMILL.
- Interpersonal Skills
- Organized.
- Wire CNC program knowledge IS A MUST
- Inventor or equivalent program such as Solidworks
- MS office & Easy dealing with computer problems
- Males Preferred.
