About the Job

IPC is seeking to expand its base in Egypt by way of recruitment of experienced International Sales Executives who are able to develop relationships with IPC Customers living within Egypt, Middle East, GCC and Gulf Countries.

The role will involve promoting IPC EU approved, “Category” A Real Estate investment opportunities in the European Union with the benefit of the investor attaining an EU Permanent Residency Permit and or Immediate EU Citizenship via Investment or a Residential or Commercial Real Estate Investment.

Duties of the role:

  • Converting leads generated by IPC into closed sales
  • Contacting and building relationships with Customers of IPC approved Real Estate Agencies, professional consultancies, investment banks, accounting firms, law firms, and other professionals that may provide HNW clients to IPC Egypt in Egypt (by phone) or through face to face meetings in an effort to source investors and buyers
  • Delivering presentations to potential businesses who wish to become an approved Agent of IPC Egypt
  • Profiling, performing presentations and knowledge training to all potential customers who have expressed an interest in the program
  • Qualifying such leads and opportunities generated by the IPC Business Partner and introducing them to IPC
  • Maintaining rapport and communication with all such leads, generated sourced business entities and opportunities
  • Identifying new sources of prospective business channels and opportunities (trade publications, events etc.)
  • Periodic oversees travel to a European destination with the Customer on an Inspection trip
  • Periodic overseas travel to a European destination with an IPC Business partner for product knowledge, product training, Inspection trip.in order to maintain and or develop the business the relationship
  • Monthly meetings with all Business to Business relationships either at IPC office or at Business Partner premises
  • Regular meetings with all potential clients either at IPC office or at client premises
  • Maintaining 100% efficiency in the updating of the Company’s CRM Database in relation to all information obtained during either the inbound or outbound telephone call or any face to face meeting
  • Attending trade, venture, and networking events

The job opportunity provides for a min basic salary and high commission with overall total earnings (OTE) expected to be in excess of 30,000 EURO. The role will require some periodic travel to a European destination on occasions and all travel and accommodation expenses will be provided.

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

  • Min of 5 years of experience working in the Real Estate market in a senior sales position or Manager
  • Professional, focused, goal-oriented, team player
  • Excellent relationship building skills, particularly the ability to build rapport over the telephone
  • Strong presence and presentation ability
  • Exposure to business development, sales and/or relationship management
  • Familiar and comfortable with prospecting sales techniques, including cold calling on Business to Business lead generation
  • Familiar and comfortable with converting leads generated by the Company to sales.
  • Comfort with and ability to make independent decisions in stressful conditions
  • Proficiency with online search techniques, databases and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Business English oral and written and fluency in oral and written in the Arabic language. Test will be applied
  • Must be an excellent communicator
