Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent.
Senior professional with over 15 years of consultancy & insights experience in MENA region
Master’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration.
Must have advanced computer knowledge.
Minimum 10 years of related experience with progressive management experience. (Relevant industry experience is a plus)
Strong credentials in leading consumer & marketing insights agenda at agency & client side
Well versed with ad-hoc research techniques as well as continuous performance monitoring tools e.g. panel, retail audit, brand/ad tracks etc.
Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities & facilitating change
Capable multi-tasker; having keen eye for detail along-with firm view of bigger picture
Engage effectively with senior stake-holders across cultures and functions for alignment on common goals
Experienced in mentoring & coaching of cross-functional project teams across geographical locations
Effective communicator – good listening & articulation skills
Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and challenging environment.
