Job Description

We are looking for a JIRA Expert to integrate our team of Customer Support in Cairo, Egypt. Our clients are mainly Enterprise (Banks, Telecom companies, Airlines, Governments, etc.) in different countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Customer Support with high Quality of Service on our Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc) for Infosysta Clients in Egypt & Worldwide.
  • Provide support on Implementation and Integration Atlassian & corporate software (i.e.Collaboration tools, Tracking Systems, Project Management Systems, Application Lifecycle Management Systems, and more) on top of JIRA & Confluence.
  • Collaborate actively with Developers & Technical Analysts in Infosysta in order to deliver the final resolution for Clients.
  • Accountable on high Quality of Service and the Customer satisfaction working on Infosysta Products.
  • Collect functional and technical requirements from Client when needed, write technical specifications and implement them into JIRA & Confluence.
  • Install, configure and run different tools integrated with JIRA & Confluence.
  • Functional & Technical administration of JIRA and Confluence
  • Read log files, analyze them, and perform summaries on them to extract any relevant problem.
  • Handle the Test & validation as QA of Infosysta Products & Add-ons.
  • Write summary reports & Minutes of Meetings with clear action plans.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be considered appropriate
  • SQL debuging of Database (Oracle, MSSQL or MySQL).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Relevant experience at least 2 years as a Customer Support on Enterprise Software.
  • Relevant technical skills: Active Directory, Unix, Web/App/DB Servers
  • JIRA and/or Confluence administration expertise is a big plus
  • Flexible to work with high efficiency remotely or on client site.
  • Scripting (Shell, command line windows…).
  • Business Process engineering skills. ALM / SDLC processes.
  • ITIL certification is a big plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills. Proficient in English, writing & verbal.
  • Self-Organized with Project Management skills.
  • Customer oriented with a good understanding of SLAs.
  • Flexible to adapt quickly to short and new projects.
  • Motivated to integrate a dynamic team.
  • Agile attitude methodologies Kanban / Scrum are a big plus.
