Job Description
- Provide technical support to all customers and information officials and respond to their inquiry by phone, e-mail, Facebook page, or contact.
- Direct customers to wrap the company's products according to client's needs.
- Responsible for any internal sales within the company.
- Send chemical purchase orders to the sales coordinator for examination and audit.
- Supply the pricing and bidding department in Ecuador with the technical and financial offer for the tender.
- Update items of products that have been discontinued by the agent
- Review technical items about quotations and offer alternatives with sales officials
- Handling technical support in the case of technical inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of both internal and special reductions from the agent.
