Job Description
Purpose:
Create thoughtful and appropriate solutions to design challenges of a large-scale projects by translating research insights into simple and engaging user interfaces which satisfy user needs, business requirements.
Key Work:
- Produce engaging experiences using high fidelity deliverables visual prototypes and composites with attention to interaction design:
- Design flows
- Sketches, mockups
- Prototypes
- Visual design
- Conducting stakeholder interviews, proactive field study and assess existing systems to evaluate usability, usefulness, visual design, and looking for efficiency and evaluate what the user-experience is and where it might be improved and do researches on users to understands their characteristics, the work flow and communicating task and functional analysis and research insights.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, patterns and standards.
Job Requirements
Knowledge
- Experience leading user testing sessions and validating design efforts.
- Knowledge of system analysis and service design.
- Usability engineering and key principles.
Skills:
- Ability to create complex, high fidelity prototypes using Axure RP.
- Strong working knowledge with Sketch, Illustrator, Omnigraffle/Visio.
- Experience designing enterprise applications and web systems not websites, e.g. CRM, ERP, SaaS Solutions.
- Analytical thinking, strong data visualization skills and creativity to develop, communicate information organizations.
- Ground-up structural and service design, information architecture, flow diagrams, and user experience documentation.
