Main Job Duties:
- Support the installation, optimization, integration, troubleshooting and upgrades of all IT systems or component.
- Provide Technical support, troubleshooting and monitoring and maintaining documents and closes technical issues.
- Take Backup from all environment and develop reporting.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in VMare Vsphere, supporting products Windows services
- Understanding ITIL framework, net-backup, veritas.
- Strong Multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Very good English language.
