L&D Manager

Job Description:

• Develop instructional materials including storyboards, course content, pre & post
  assessments and guides for blended learning solutions
• Generate dynamic & innovative tools to convey learning deliverables in a stimulating way
• Develop off-shelf courses according to the library map
• Collaborate with clients & stakeholders to analyze training needs, design effective performance improvement solutions and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide overall design and structure of training solutions
• Manage the enlistment, handover, and evaluation of trainers and consultants
• Conduct continuous market research for the latest learning & development needs/trends
• Develop the technical content for sales kits of company products
• Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure the training solution is being implemented as planned
• Ensure feasibility, ease, and accuracy of materials developed and implemented
• Set indicators to measure training effectiveness and performance uplifting of participants.
• Search for, evaluate and manage the teach-back of potential affiliations
• Provide adequate orientation for company teams on product knowledge
• Provide other departments with technical content needed for promotional materials, profiles & other documents
• Deliver experiential learning classes
• Manage the L&D team performance
