Job Description
- Dispenses medications for outpatient.
- Recommends formula alternatives when appropriate.
- Provides drug information and education to outpatients.
- Report medication errors to senior outpatient if present to facilitate care.
- Participates in approved collaborative practice agreements and protocols if necessary.
- Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug related problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmaceutical science.
- Two years of experience in a hospital pharmacy is preferred
- Released from military/civil service (for Egyptian citizens).
