Job Description
- Setting and developing the design of batteries
- Make sure of product specifics according to Quality standards
- Setting The technical specifics for the raw materials
- Product improvement by searching for new techniques
- Solid role in solving production problems
- Track compliance to customer’s technical and commercial requirements and milestones
- Work with Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting and other departments to develop and maintain budgets
- Work closely with the supply chain to source and manage key program suppliers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or further in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering
- 10 - 15 Years of experience in R&D ( Manufacturing or Automotive )
- Understanding of the R&D process as well as familiarity with the automotive development processes
- Excellent Leadership skills with strong technical background for leading Group of chemists
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- V.good in English
