- Responsible for IT infrastructure services including; active directory, email, portal, network, security, connectivity, ..etc.
- Responsible for the stability and reliability of the entire data centers for head office, branches and projects’ sites.
- Responsible for the installation, configuration operation and support of all IT Infrastructure Systems to enable continuous operation of all IT Systems and to ensure they function with the required performance and availability targets.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of IT Infrastructure including Data center, LAN, WiFi, WAN, Internet, Telephony and Security.
- Responsible for all IT Datacenter equipment including Servers, Storages, SAN and Racks.
- Responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of Servers including
- Windows Server Operating System & Virtualization Infrastructure.
- Responsible for Microsoft Infrastructure services like Cluster, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, SQL Database, Email System and File & Print Service.
- Responsible for Backup and Restore and ensuring all data are backed up according to Backup Policy.
- Responsible for all IT Network equipment in HQ and remote sites including Core Switches, Servers
- Switches, User Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, Wireless Bridges, WiFi Access Points, Network cables and Network Connections.
- Responsible for all Security equipment and services in HQ and remote sites including Firewall & UTM,..etc.
- Responsible for all Voice equipment in HQ and remote sites including Telephony Systems, SMS Gateways & Voice Conferencing.
- Coordinate with IT teams for any new System implementation or upgrade.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, and policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory for all Network Equipment.
- Create and maintain good technical documentation.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor procedures for all network tasks.
- Recognize problems by identifying anomalies; reporting violations.
- Implement security improvements by assessing current situation and evaluating trends.
- Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
- Identify technologies to improve security, scalability, and reliability of the overall secured IT environment.

- Technical & Education Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking.
- A minimum of 5+years supporting enterprise Server/Network infrastructure systems.
- Windows Server 2012/2016, SQL Server 2014/2016, MS System Center, FortiGate Firewall, MS Cloud
- Services and virtualization (VMWare & Hyper-V) are all knowledge required
- Understanding of cloud services offerings such as SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and DRaas.
- Experience working with Dell server and Cisco UCS technologies.
- Solid knowledge of Load Balancers, High availability, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web Filtering and Application control.
- Strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and implement clear goals, systems, procedures and priorities.
- Solid knowledge of Data Backup/Restore on Exec Appliance and Tape drive.
- Solid knowledge with network and collaboration components.
