Job Description

  • Participate with the Chairman on all operational and strategic issues as they arise, provide strategic recommendations to the Chairman based on the financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
  • Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team.
  • Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with 5 years strategic plan.
  • Provide technical assistance and advises to top management for investment initiatives.
  • Lead in development of investment feasibility and share with Chairman to facilitate decision making…
  • Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates on day to day and special assignments.
  • Ensure finance & accounts department staffs are level and competent through effective recruiting, training and development.
  • Maintain Finance & Accounts staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
  • 20 to 30 years of experience.
  • BSc/accounting, finance or relevant field.
  • CPA is strong advantage.
  • Excellent English and Arabic language.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial laws.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
