Job Description
- Prepare the data for customer satisfaction reports for Sales & Aftersales services for Passenger cars “all 4 brands” & Commercial vehicles
- Prepare the data for weekly and monthly Call Center Reports for GB brands
- Ensure CSI and SSI data are regularly uploaded to the system
- Assist in preparing all Researches requested within the agreed upon deadline
- Communicate with Research Agencies to ensure all research projects are running smoothly
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration , Marketing OR Economics (Statistics Major)
- Training on Data analysis & Market Research is preferable
- High Analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of the English language
