Job Description
Duties
- Engagement in large projects at worldwide level
- Work with Project Management to secure creative resources, monitoring workflow and constraints.
- Work with Print and Digital Producers to traffic and distribute ad unit materials.
- Monitor ads for quality and brand safety, eliminating any undesirable ads
- Work with Google Ads, including video and display campaign management.
- Work with ad serving and programmatic platforms such as Google Ad Manager and MoPub a plus.
- Being responsible for campaigns success through management and optimization of media buying to meet business goals/metrics (ROI, CPA, etc.)
- Serve as display media subject matter expert, providing recommendations and advising on best practices internally
- Set up and maintain media plans in DoubleClick Planning (DCP); traffic campaigns in DCM
- Manage ad buying within RTB/DSP platforms as needed
- Analyse performance to understand value provided by DSPs and other vendors
- Support training team members on campaign setup, optimizations, tactics and use of search tools, third party data and the development of writing and presentation skills
- Support real time bidding (RTB) optimization and strategy through ad-exchange media buying
- Regularly review results of campaigns across revenue, performance, and pacing.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of work in the Online Publishing or Advertising industry (Ad Network, Publisher, Ad Agency, DSP).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an operations service leader preferably in a Customer Service or Engineering Services fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience being leader of an international team of 5 or more, especially a group of remote analysts, engineers or services-oriented employees.
- Analytical, problem solving and data-driven decision making skills with experience in performing data analysis, synthesizing/manipulating relevant data, and presenting recommendations to management
- Experience in planning, buying and optimizing Facebook/Instagram ads.
- Experience of video ad serving platforms is a plus (Rubicon, Doubleclick, PubMatic, SpotXchange, LiveRail) and programmatic products (Open RTB, Deal ID)
- Understanding data trends and optimizing digital campaigns, programmatic/real-time bidding (RTB) focusing on ROI is a strong plus.
- Additional requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Google Partner certified is a plus but not required
Work Days:
- Normal workdays are Monday through Friday. Also, Saturday and Sunday may be necessary.
- Work Hours:
- Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.
