Job Description
- Achieve individual monthly sales target as set by management
- Work on setting up meetings with clients & presenting all the company’s projects details to the client
- Promote sales of properties through cold calls, prospecting, handling leads and networking.
- Reach new customers to enlarge the company’s selling opportunities
- Responsible for selling and promoting new homes, and resale residential or commercial properties.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of solid experience in real estate (commercial field is preferable)
- Has knowledge or worked in projects in the new capital.
- Presentable
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English
- Owns a car
- Knows how to work with CRM System
