Job Description
- Receives, stores, and issues supplies and equipment and compiles records of supply transactions aboard ship: Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
- Review products transfer orders with warehouse manager.
- Execute products transfer order to stores with supervising its preparation and handle the orders to the shipping department.
- Deliver clothes packages to be shipped to Delivery Representative and have his signature on receipt paper.
- Stores supplies and final goods in specific storerooms.
- Compiles a report of expenditures.
- Supervise the workers inside the store to ensure the following of the procedures.
- Assure the store meet the safety standards.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Supervise warehouse workers with a regular report to Warehouse Manager.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- At least (1) years of storekeeping.
- Familiar to work on computer systems.
