Job Description

  • Co-ordinates and answers customer requests for prices, samples, documentation, technical information and ensures that all relevant tasks are handled in a timely manner.
  • Process Indent-Orders in sync with CS HOL.
  • Monitor customers’ forecasts, its updates, and accuracy
  • Place customers’ orders and arrange for delivery via customers’ preferences for Export and local market.
  • Respond to inquiries for shipping information (ETD, ETA, etc.)s samples and other technical information
  • Monitor and correspond efforts among sales, production, and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take full responsibilities and end-to-end ownership of customers shipment and issues
  • Act and communicate proactively and keep customers informed of any issues or changes
  • Address root causes and seek continuous improvements – constantly look for ways to improve work process

Job Requirements

  • Flavor & Food (FMCG) Industry experience is a MUST
  • Logistical experience is preferable
  • English fluent in spoken and written
  • Arabic fluent in spoken and written
  • German would be supportive
  • Computer skills: SAP and MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Business-oriented
  • Process knowledge
  • Product knowledge
