Job Description
- Co-ordinates and answers customer requests for prices, samples, documentation, technical information and ensures that all relevant tasks are handled in a timely manner.
- Process Indent-Orders in sync with CS HOL.
- Monitor customers’ forecasts, its updates, and accuracy
- Place customers’ orders and arrange for delivery via customers’ preferences for Export and local market.
- Respond to inquiries for shipping information (ETD, ETA, etc.)s samples and other technical information
- Monitor and correspond efforts among sales, production, and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction
- Take full responsibilities and end-to-end ownership of customers shipment and issues
- Act and communicate proactively and keep customers informed of any issues or changes
- Address root causes and seek continuous improvements – constantly look for ways to improve work process
Job Requirements
- Flavor & Food (FMCG) Industry experience is a MUST
- Logistical experience is preferable
- English fluent in spoken and written
- Arabic fluent in spoken and written
- German would be supportive
- Computer skills: SAP and MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Business-oriented
- Process knowledge
- Product knowledge
