Job Summary:
- We, a US based company with Headquarters in Boston, is seeking a dynamic and competent Quality Assurance Coordinator to lead the quality assurance of our Software Development Operation.
- Our ideal job incumbent will be an expert in software QA methodologies tools and processes, and will have a proven record of achievements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent quality audits of project functions and deliverables, against documented processes and defined specifications.
- Propose quality assurance metrics.
- Lead efforts in WSC to identify and create procedures, processes, and work instructions that are required for ISO and CMMI certification.
- Create & update QMS (Quality Management System).
- Create and update Agile & SCRUM Development Processes.
- Establish, update and implement CM (Configuration Management) process.
- Provide recommendations for the ongoing process improvement and development of our QMS, and review and update the QMS forms and documents.
- Propose tools and partner with the Scrum Master to increase the efficiency & productivity of team members in regard to process improvements.
- Generate quality assurance reports and present it to management and team.
- Explain found NCs to auditees, in order to solve them, follow-up and escalate if needed
- Participate in ISO, CE, FDA, IEC 62304 certification activities.
- Train team members on the process and its best practices, share experiences and encourage collaboration.
- Create updated team job descriptions.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
- A bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
- Excellent proven work experience within a Software Development team.
- A Certified CMMI Associate is highly desirable.
- Experience in Coaching and training Agile practices.
- Knowledge of various documentation patterns and techniques.
- Knowledge of Agile approaches like Kanban & Scrum.
- Knowledge of metrics and incremental delivery.
- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity
