Product Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Become an expert in Z2Data data solutions and software products
• Translate marketing and customer needs into workable products and solutions
• Learn product management roles and help the design team come up with proper solutions
• Work directly with the upper management and customers to understand their needs and answer their questions from a software perspective
• Help develop a product roadmap for upcoming tools and data
• Analyze and work with very large sets of data and find the best ways to deliver and display the data to customers.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
