Job Description
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry. Educate customers on latest developments and trends.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 3-4 Years of experience in presales and account management (experience in e-commerce & online payment is a must).
- Very good communication skills.
- Good command of English.
