Job Description

  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry. Educate customers on latest developments and trends.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 3-4 Years of experience in presales and account management (experience in e-commerce & online payment is a must).
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
