Job Description

  1. Create new opportunities, with the new customers and existing customers.
  2. Open new deals and close old deals with new or existing customers.
  3. Provide the customers with new quotations and negotiate them.
  4. Maintain long-term relationship servicing existing customer and build new relationships with new customers.
  5. Create sales order to provide them to the customers.
  6. Delivering Sales Presentations to high-level executives.
  7. Follow up with the customers after the sales and service.
  8. Prepare all the tenders documents and follow up the deadlines of the tenders.
  9. Handle all the operation process inside the company end-to-end process.
  10. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  11. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  12. Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings and through web-mail applications
  13. Reach a resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  14. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  15. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  16. Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  17. Follow up with the collection team and logistics team and for illustrating due date. .
  18. Update all the active and maintain the details on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in managed printing services and business supplies.
  2. Has demonstrated hands-on level skills in drafting MPS and SBD contracts
  3. A proven track record of success and overachieving on revenue targets
  4. Has the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and clients.
  5. Candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  7. Good Command of English language.
