Job Description

  • Managing reservations' modifications and cancellations.
  • Providing customers with necessary documents (invoices, vouchers, and itineraries).
  • Tasks are all done via EMAIL mainly and rarely via outbound calling.
  • Handling customers complaints.

Working Conditions:

Working hours:

  • (UK Shift) (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
  • (US Shift) (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
  • Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Requirements

  • Telesales / call center experience is a plus.
  • (Under Grads & Grads) can apply.
  • Excellent Business Email writing.
  • Handling complaints and business mails

  • 6th October City, Haram & El Sheikh Zayed residents only can apply
