Job Description
- Managing reservations' modifications and cancellations.
- Providing customers with necessary documents (invoices, vouchers, and itineraries).
- Tasks are all done via EMAIL mainly and rarely via outbound calling.
- Handling customers complaints.
Working Conditions:
Working hours:
- (UK Shift) (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
- (US Shift) (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
- Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Requirements
- Telesales / call center experience is a plus.
