Job Description

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, typing, preparing and collating reports, filing, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes), managing databases, prioritizing workloads,
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems, liaising with relevant organizations and clients, coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks, logging or processing bills or expenses

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
