Responsibilities include
- Navigating potential clients through the home buying process
- Advising Clients on different properties and projects considering their personal situation and preferences.
- Accompaning buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Mediating negotiations between the buyer and seller.
