Job Description

JOB ROLE

The HR Generalist will be involved in all aspects of the department’s HR operations with focus on recruitment, new hire on-boarding, attendance system, employee engagement and campaigns, staff development and overall HR office administration.

The HR Generalist will work independently and will need to exercise discretion, tact, and professionalism.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support aspects of recruitment including job posting, resume review and screening, applicant tracking and scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
  • Support with recruitment planning and implementation; receives and reviews requisitions; coordinates and schedules meetings; calendars and tracks the status of recruitment.
  • Support with employee relations and staff engagement programs and campaigns.
  • Support new hire on-boarding; including new entrants’ orientation and processing of paperwork for new hires, departures and monthly payroll-related changes.
  • Maintain the Attendance System.
  • Create and maintain personnel files.
  • Coordinate internal staff events.
  • Prepare for written candidate tests and related arrangements; helps monitor written examinations
  • Respond to routine staff requests; prepares information and participates in job fairs as assigned.
  • Receive and log employee medical insurance enrollment and maintain employee data by entering new enrollments and/or changes’ database as assigned; notify medical insurance providers regarding new employees/ and their dependents’ status changes.
  • Coordinate employee Social Insurance memberships with the Social Insurance Office.
  • Involvement in staff Training and Development.
  • May have other lead worker assignments on a relief basis.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in Human Resources
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including databases, spreadsheets and word processing.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, enthusiastic approach
  • Using initiative and sound independent judgment within established guidelines;
  • Organizing and prioritizing work; meeting critical deadlines; following up on assignments

Work Conditions:

  • 70% of the job holder’s duties will be assigned to recruitment and 30% to other HR functions.
  • 3D|Diagnostix working week is from Monday to Friday in line with US work week.
