Job Description
- Following- up the Manpower Plan for the company
- Fulfilling various with high qualified through many channels in terms of “Advertising, LinkedIn, Facebook, AmCham, other available online recruitment sites, head hunting and referral system.
- Screening candidates and conducting the pre-screening interviews to provide short-listed candidates for Technical interview.
- Selecting the high qualified calibers through accurate screening and interviewing, enhancing the Recruitment database with Direct Manager.
- Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
- Developing relationships with prospective talents
- Performing job market analysis and research.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have at least 2-5 years experience in Recruitment.
- Must have excellent communication & Negotiation skills.
- Strong information/data handling skills and the ability to gather information and present it in a professional manner.
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
