Quality Assurance Specialist

Main Job Duties:

• Ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures and Undertake implementation of relevant Management Systems procedures.
• Organize and coordinate internal audit planning and execution.
• Investigation, correction and corrective action.
• Support department heads and managers in preparing the ISO Objectives achievements.
• Assist in periodic data collection and analysis in line with Management systems and management review meetings
• Prepare the monthly Performance Analysis report with relevant details to indicate the performance of ISO system and submit to management as documented.
• Coordinate activities undertaken for external audit preparations with all departments
• Documents preparation, edition, control and continual improvement.
• Fill out Client’s Questionnaires.
• Reporting to QA Manager.
• Spread the awareness of quality management & Food safety management systems required to ensure strong commitment across the company.
