Job Description
- Participate in preparing & executing the sales plans.
- Create Leads and build the relationship with clients to identify sales opportunities.
- Organize and conduct interviews and communications with clients, accompany buyers during visits to the projects, explaining the projects, determining customers needs and make all the needed efforts till closings.
- Attending all sales event and exhibitions.
- Prepare the needed and updated weekly reports and database and provide it to the sales manager.
- Staying up to date with sales market trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Females preferred
- Previous experience in Real Estate Sales
- Presentable
- Knowledge of the sales/marketing techniques including sales meetings offers proposals, viewings
- Good computer skills ( office ) Photoshop or editing programs is an advantage to help to prepare offers and proposals but not a must
- Superior communication skills
- Self-motivated, self-initiative
