Pre-sales Software Engineer

The Pre-Sales Engineer will work with the Sales team to provide sales support for customer sales, Strong customer facing experience and the ability to discuss customer’s requirements is a fundamental part of the role.

• Develop Technical and Financial Proposals, and write-ups.
• Estimate project sizing
• Conduct Presales Demonstrations , Presentations to clients
• respond to tenders
• Creating RFP – BRD documents to influence Sales Process.
• Provide expert-level support to the sales staff, This includes engaging clients, delivering presentations and demos, answering technical questions and responding to RFIs (Requests For Information) and RFPs (Requests For Proposal).
• The prospective candidate will have a great deal of client involvement, might involve travel.
• They will also be instrumental in taking feedback from clients back to the company as part of the Sales Management process.
• Coordinate the sales support efforts with those of the local marketing representative; be the liaison for the sales executives with all the other departments especially technical.
• Cooperate with Sales Management to ensure closing deals.
• Perform market research and produce reports for The company sales management
• Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
• Capable of following written / verbal instructions and documented procedures
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company offerings
