Job Description
- First line support for the users
- Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
- Provide support for all IT related activities (Desktop/Laptops, IT equipment, Applications) and perform hardware and software installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers, and networks problem.
- Install, test and configure new workstations, equipment and software.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Provide training for general PC skills for users (Windows, MS office or other training when required.
- Responsible to follow and apply IT strategies, polices and securities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the Information Technology area.
- MCSE is a must.
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Very Good Command of English.
