Job Description
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget & its facilities
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development by updating the training catalog and any other tool
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs -
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) -
- Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
