Main Job Duties:
- This role is for someone with their finger on the pulse of what is viral, trending and about to be trending on social media.
- The role is required to "watch" out for trending travel videos and destinations across social media every day and pick your story of the day.
- Once you have your story, you are required to research the topic, find video footage on the topic and edit together the best highlights of the topic.
- This video is posted onto Facebook or IG & website.
- The main objective for every video is to maximize video views, comments and shares.
- An example could be 'the most beautiful mountains in Switzerland' which may have a drone shot of the swiss alps or people skiing on the mountains.
Job Requirements
- Produce well researched, high quality social media videos with short, sharp, snappy edits with color correcting, subtitles and music.
- Use social media tools to research trending travel topics and research public user generated videos on that topic.
- Adhere to copyright laws of Facebook by getting written permission from each video content creator online.
- Produce 2-3 videos a day.
