Channel Partners management for success in promoting software solutions for assigned business partners segment with overall orientation about the channel management best practices in the software industry.
Job Duties
- Manage new and existing channel partners to IBM Software solutions sales.
- Build an ongoing positive working relationship with partners to ensure solid streamlined business continuity with all the assigned partners segment.
- Identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
- Educate the assigned partners on product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
- Work with partners to conduct product presentations to end users.
- Provide proposals, quotations and pricings to partners.
- Develop a winning business model based on market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure that partners are up-to-date with product information and market dynamics
- Conduct business review with partners and recommend improvements.
- Identify new channel partners to build business.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in channel management role.
- 5+ years of experience in software solution selling.
- Familiarity with IBM software solutions would be a plus
- ECM, Analytics, security and Cloud solutions background
