Job Description

Dear All Genius Managers,

Job Description:

HR Planning:

  • By Performing Human Resources and put a plan for requirements for the future, also how to get these resources and how to improve them by training or replacing them.
  • Recruitment: Hire the best talent of employees & workers through Recruitment companies, schools, universities, newspapers .... etc.

Organizational Structure:

  • Handle all responsibilities between all sectors, management, departments also for peoples too means "Let's gears working smoothly".
  • Reduce duplication between processes.
  • Control orders movement from leadership to employees and reports movements from employees to leadership.
  • Provide career growth opportunities to motivate them to do more.
  • Cancel any unnecessary processes.

Training & Improvement:

  • Usually, any manager can recommend employees for training, But HR should approve by employee performance too.
  • Training by several ways: Internet, Books, courses and through (missions it's usually perfect but NOT for complicated missions).

Benefits and compensation:

  • Can by Extra vacations, mobile, mobile line .... etc.
  • Also, Factors Affecting Employee Income.

Performance Evaluation:

  • The best and important part in HR for me.
  • How to make a real performance and how to improve evaluation.

Employees Relationship:

  • Internal dialogues should be held with staff to see their satisfaction and effective discussion of raising the quality and level of production.

Rollover:

  • Decrease rollover of employees and workers by using positive policies.
