Job Description
Role of the job:
Generating and enhancing sales of the products in other countries, and makes sure that the products are made available in the international markets by analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries
- Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
- Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions with customers
- Make sure that the existing clients are retained and well maintained while developing the new customers
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and maintaining ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
- Conduct visits to different major accounts/customers, introducing the company products, suggesting new promotional offers relevant to the business.
- Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
- Review constantly customer's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
- Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents and prepare special labels for brands and ensure adherence to all shipping schedule.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent command of English language
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG
- Customer Oriented

- New Market Entry Experience
