Job Description
- Maintain in-depth understanding of all products, promotions, sales approaches
- Manage workforce real-time to ensure all sales opportunities are handled accordingly
- Monitor progress and development of team leads and sales agents against performance standards
- Communicate new ideas and issues as they arise
- Foster a positive environment for agents through continual development and support
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present realistic forecasts, sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Keep an open eye on the market and be informed on what competitors are doing
- Develop unique ways to grow the business with his customer and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges.
- Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
- AUC, GUC or BUE grads are preferred
- Presentable
- Perfect communication skill
- Excellent command of spoken & written English
