Job Description
- Prepare the contractual clarifications to be submitted with the price offer in tender stage, follow up the client feedback regarding these clarifications and conduct the further negotiations till reaching the final agreed draft of the contract, and signature,
- Responsible for administration of project contracts (Evaluation, negotiation, execution, and follow-up) whether standard forms or ad-hoc,
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- 7-10 Years of experience in the same field.
- Professional Courses in Contracts administration and construction law will be a plus.
- Ability to drafting contractual coherent correspondence, Notice and/or narratives for claims
