Job Description
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Training, and motivating the accounting team members while supervising and delegating tasks
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Assess and develop the current practices and procedures
- Handling the external audits to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing the monthly financial statements
- Handle all types of tax operations and ensure that all risks are covered.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of total experience including 3+ years in similar position
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- Preferably an Odoo ERP user
- Tax experience is a must
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
- Flexibility/Adaptability.
