- Zeal is a digital loyalty program mobile application.
- In your business development role, you are expected to visit our F&B merchants on the Zeal app. You are expected to collect feedback on what the users and the merchant's team think of the app.
You'll be responsible for:
- Improving conversion rates during the on boarding process.
- Following up with merchants.
- Maintain our customer-friendly, professional picture for Zeal.
