Job Description

General Description

  • Provide administrative assistance to the team (Team Head, Team Head’s Personal Assistant and Associates)

The tasks that the Admin Assistant should undertake are:

  • Timesheet data entry
  • Events and Conferences logistics, Hotel/flight ticket booking
  • Timely E-archiving and filing
  • Word formatting/processing
  • Creating and updating legal templates
  • Booking/preparing team meetings
  • Summarizing memos, as needed
  • Follow up on various matters and deadlines
  • Assist in editing Marketing Submissions and Publications
  • Update team brochure/bios regularly
  • Provide assistance in any required task by the Team Head and the Team Head Personal Assistant

Job Requirements

  • Previous work experience not less than 2-3 years
  • Preferably paralegal, but not a must
  • Perfect English spoken and written
  • Preferably recent work experience in other law firms
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
