Job Description
- Assist the Head of People & OD in the implementation of the People First Strategy and continue to enhance the quality of delivery of the HR & OD service.
- Lead the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programs and initiatives for the development of the group’s culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and well being, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Able to apply or devise methods of analysis, using the results to make solve complex HR/OD issues.
- Working knowledge of new developments in OD and employment matters.
