Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction.
  • Handling face-to-face inquiries from customers.
  • Investigating and solving customers problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
  • Handling customer complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in real estate customer service minimum 3 years
  • Maadi or nearby areas
  • Very good command in English language and Arabic business writing
  • Age between 28 to 33 years old
