Job Description

Day- to-Day Activities

  • Following up sales team by CRM system.
  • Receiving/Handling all the daily reports, requirements and requests from sales team.

Periodical Activities

  • Coordinating & arranging calls, meetings, appointments, special events that related to sales team.
  • Coordinating the relationship between sales team & the other departments “HR-Finance”.
  • Works in collaboration with the Administration team to meet the company objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of business Administration or equivalent.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Administration filed.
  • Age: ( 23 -30 )
  • Alexandria resident ONLY / Females ONLY.
  • Good English language.
  • Good command of Microsoft office.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
