Day- to-Day Activities
- Following up sales team by CRM system.
- Receiving/Handling all the daily reports, requirements and requests from sales team.
Periodical Activities
- Coordinating & arranging calls, meetings, appointments, special events that related to sales team.
- Coordinating the relationship between sales team & the other departments “HR-Finance”.
- Works in collaboration with the Administration team to meet the company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of business Administration or equivalent.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Administration filed.
- Age: ( 23 -30 )
- Alexandria resident ONLY / Females ONLY.
- Good English language.
- Good command of Microsoft office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work without supervision.
