- Administering Software as a Service systems, Zendesk-specific experience preferred;
- Operating in a rigorous and structured manner;
- Pursuing relentlessly improvements to already deployed process by breaking down business processes, and developing test plans to achieve high coverage percentage;
- Investigating problems and isolating root causes;
- Identifying patterns;
- Synthesizing findings in a clear and concise manner.
